Millay & Meadowlark
Millay & Meadowlark is a flower farm rooted in intention, inclusion, and connection. What began as a vision to create meaningful, hands-on work for our son Connor, who has Down syndrome, has grown into a place where purpose and beauty are woven into each day — including our work as a specialty sweet pea seed supplier, cultivating and sharing blooms that thrive in our Montana landscape.
From planting seeds to harvesting blooms, Connor plays an active role in the rhythm of the farm. Every stem reflects care, patience, and the belief that meaningful work has the power to cultivate confidence, pride, and belonging. As our farm continues to grow, we remain deeply committed to creating florals, seeds, and experiences that celebrate people, seasons, and the beauty of community.
