Midsummer on the Flower Farm
A celebration of poetry, music, flowers, and the longest days of the year.

Join us for an enchanting summer evening at Millay & Meadowlark Flower Farm as we gather to celebrate the beauty of the season, community, and creativity.

Wander the farm during a self-guided tour from 6:00–6:30 PM. Pause among the flowers, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being surrounded by summer in bloom.

At 6:30 PM, we'll begin our program with a curated selection of original and beloved poetry read by local writers and community members, followed by a live musical performance featuring a violin and viola duet.

As twilight settles over the farm, we'll open the floor from 7:30–8:00 PM for anyone who would like to share a poem, story, song, or musical performance during our open mic gathering. Whether you're a seasoned performer or simply feeling inspired by the evening, we'd love to hear your voice.

Throughout the evening, enjoy a thoughtfully prepared dessert bar and a selection of beverages, included with your ticket.

Bring a friend, bring your sense of wonder, and join us beneath Montana's midsummer sky for an evening of flowers, music, poetry, and connection.

A few things to know before you come:
• Doors open at 6:00 PM
• Self-guided farm tours: 6:00–6:30 PM
• Program begins promptly at 6:30 PM
• Open mic: 7:30–8:00 PM
• Dessert bar and beverages included with admission
Please bring a camp chair for comfortable seating throughout the evening
• The farm has uneven ground; sturdy, comfortable footwear is recommended
• No dogs, please
• Bees love flowers as much as we do. If you have a bee allergy, please come prepared. No one has been stung as of yet—and we're hoping to keep our sting-free streak but bees will be bees.

In Scandinavian tradition, it is said that if you gather flowers on Midsummer Eve and tuck them beneath your pillow, you'll dream of your future. We can't promise prophecy, but we can promise flowers.
